About You

You will have a passion for delivering exemplary client and patient care, a natural leadership style, a friendly and positive disposition and a thirst for knowledge! Your average day will comprise a variety of nursing duties and clinical coaching. Management experience is desirable, however, not essential as training will be provided to an exceptional candidate.

Key Details:

  • Hours- Mon – Sat: 38-hour week between 8.00am and 7.30pm
  • Duties: The Head Veterinary Nurse will make effective use of their nursing skills to lead a team of veterinary nurses and undertake a clinical role in the practice leadership team.

Remuneration:

  • Salary: to be discussed
  • 4 weeks’ annual leave plus study assistance
  • Relocation up to $5 000

Must haves:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, registered and qualified
  • Possess the right to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
